Shipping Policy

At Broadway Cart, we believe in 100% transparency with our customers. To provide you with the most reliable service, we partner directly with verified distribution hubs across the United States. Your orders are securely processed and shipped directly from these domestic fulfillment networks to your doorstep.

1. Order Processing & Handling Time
Handling Schedule: All orders are processed, verified, and prepared for dispatch within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays).
Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.
Address Changes: Due to automated security tracking with our fulfillment centers, we cannot modify or redirect shipping addresses once an order has entered processing. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

2. Transit Times & Delivery Schedules
Once your package leaves our partner fulfillment facilities, standard domestic shipping transit times apply:
United States Standard Shipping: 3 to 6 business days
Total Estimated Delivery: Most customers receive their items within 5 to 9 business days from the initial date of purchase (Handling Time + Transit Time).
Please note: External factors such as severe weather, carrier bottlenecks, or federal holidays may occasionally cause slight transit delays. We appreciate your patience during these rare events.

3. Real-Time Tracking Information
As soon as your order is handed over to the shipping carrier (such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS), an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to you. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for the carrier's system to update and reflect the tracking details online.

4. Shipping Restrictions (No Delivery Regions)
Because we ship direct-from-warehouse via standard commercial freight and ground networks, we cannot deliver to the following locations under any circumstances:
- Alaska (AK) & Puerto Rico (PR)
- Military & Diplomatic Addresses (APO, FPO, DPO)
- P.O. Boxes
Please provide a valid physical residential or commercial street address in the continental United States at checkout to avoid automatic order cancellation or fulfillment holds.

5. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Shipments
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with your local carrier office or neighbors first.
If your item arrives visibly damaged during transit, please take clear photographs and contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery at watchaddon@gmail.com so we can immediately file a claim with the warehouse network and issue a replacement.
