Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your item is delivered. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return:
To start a return, you must contact our support team at watchaddon@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent back without a pre-approved RMA number will be automatically rejected and returned to the sender. We will provide you with the authorized return warehouse address once your request is approved.

Return Conditions:
- Items must be in brand-new, unused, and resalable condition.
- Items must remain in their original manufacturer packaging with all tags attached.
- Return shipping fees and any standard restocking fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items:
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at watchaddon@gmail.com with clear photos or a short video of the issue. We will evaluate the issue and make it right with a free replacement or full refund.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Processing:
Once our fulfillment center receives and inspects your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method automatically within 5–7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
